COMPTOIR HAUSSMANN offers synthetic, laboratory-grown diamonds exclusively to professional customers acting for their business purposes. Illustrations and average characteristics do not replace the specifications agreed for a particular lot. Images identified as illustrations do not necessarily show the stones offered in a quote.

Text, logos, images and other content are protected under applicable law and belong to their respective rights holders. Reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless a legal exception applies. COMPTOIR HAUSSMANN is used as a trading name; no registered trademark status is claimed here.

Users must provide accurate information. The comptoir may request evidence of the company’s identity and the applicant’s professional status. Guest access permits use of the relevant features; it does not create a credit account or guarantee acceptance of an order. Credentials must not be published or distributed publicly.

Entering quantities, viewing calculator estimates and submitting the form do not place a binding order. No payment is requested in this journey. The comptoir reviews the enquiry and communicates the final terms before any commitment. Blog information is general and does not replace examination of a stone or the laboratory report relating to it.

Users must not disrupt the website, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorised access to data or restricted areas. Access does not grant commercial rights over content, subject to legal exceptions. Maintenance or incidents may interrupt availability. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Features may evolve. Applicable terms will be adapted before online purchasing opens; changes do not affect contracts already concluded.

The website currently offers quote requests rather than immediate purchases. Automatic acknowledgement of an enquiry is not acceptance. The comptoir checks trade status, references, availability and delivery arrangements. A sale requires the customer’s agreement to the final offer and the comptoir’s express acceptance. Payment takes place after that acceptance.

Prices are expressed in euros excluding tax, per carat. Stone counts shown in the calculator are approximate. The proposed minimum is €500 excluding tax in stones after discount, excluding certificates and shipping, with at least 1 ct per melee reference. Centre-stone arrangements and exact quantities are confirmed in the quote.

The calculator indicates a non-cumulative discount of 3% from 2 ct, 5% from 5 ct and 7% from 10 ct in total, on stones only. Prices, discounts, taxes and quantities are confirmed in the final offer. Price changes apply to future sales, not orders already accepted.

The calculator estimates the IGI option per lot. The quote specifies the final fee, the lot definition, the stones covered, the document supplied and any effect on the lead time. A lot report does not imply an individual certificate for every stone.

The intended payment methods are card and bank transfer. The available method, due date and conditions for starting production or dispatch are specified in the accepted offer. The website takes no payment when a quote is requested.

Delivery is offered in France. Destinations elsewhere in the European Union and internationally require manual approval. Shipping is not included in the calculator estimate: it is quoted according to the destination, stone value and selected service.

The quote specifies lead times and security, tracking and handover arrangements. Any insurance cover must be confirmed for the products, value and destination concerned before being offered. For international shipments, any duties and charges and their allocation are specified before acceptance.

To report a discrepancy or damage, contact contact@comptoirhaussmann.com with the order reference and relevant information. Commercial cancellation, return and refund arrangements must be communicated and agreed before a sale. This overview does not limit statutory warranties or remedies, or commitments already made.

Detailed terms for future online sales will be finalised before purchasing is activated. This overview of the current quotation process does not replace those terms.

Depending on your use, data includes your identity, company, business contact details, company identifiers, messages, selection and information needed for a quote or sale. Required fields are marked on forms; without them we cannot handle the enquiry. Technical browsing data is also used to operate and secure the website.

Quote enquiries and preparation or performance of sales rely on pre-contractual steps or the contract when they concern the individual personally; managing relationships with representatives of a business customer relies on our legitimate interest. Invoicing and regulatory requirements rely on applicable legal obligations. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest.

Offers relevant to your professional activity may be sent on the basis of our legitimate interest, with prior information and a simple, free opportunity to object. Other communications requiring consent are only sent after that consent is obtained. You can unsubscribe in each marketing message or write to contact@comptoirhaussmann.com. This does not prevent exchanges needed to handle an enquiry or order.

Data is available to authorised J WELL FRANCE personnel and service providers needed to deliver the service: Shopify for the platform, IONOS for email and, depending on the sale, payment providers, the accountant, carrier and insurer. Forms use anti-abuse protection that may involve hCaptcha.

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Safeguards depend on the provider and transfer, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. See Shopify’s information, its data processing agreement and the hCaptcha policy. You may ask us for details of safeguards applicable to your data.

Prospect data is retained for up to three years after collection or the last contact initiated by the prospect. Data needed for a customer relationship is retained during that relationship; evidence may then be archived for the applicable limitation period, generally five years. Accounting records are retained for ten years. Customer marketing data is retained during the relationship and for three years after it ends, unless you object. Data strictly necessary to honour an objection is kept only for that purpose.

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
