Each lot is identified and checked against the order specifications. Stones outside those specifications are excluded from shipment.

02 · Examination under a 10× loupe
We examine the surface condition and consistency of the stones. This visual check complements sorting; it does not replace an independent laboratory report.
03 · Size and weight
The size is checked and the lot weighed in carats. The agreed colour, clarity, dimensions and weight are recorded on the sales documents.
Claims and conformity
Report any discrepancy to contact@comptoirhaussmann.com with your order reference. The comptoir will review your claim; return terms and applicable rights are not replaced by an automatic refund promise.
Your shipment
After quote acceptance, the comptoir confirms the payment method and due date. Shipping costs, timing, security and insurance terms are specified before commitment.
